Professional Group Mentoring
Â
Mentoring for Speech Pathologists who want to feel more confident, less alone and better equipped to support families with feeding challenges.Â
Because we all deserve a space to ask questions, reflect on our work, and feel less alone in the tricky stuff.Â
Our Professional Group Mentoring Program is a  6-month small group experience for Speech Pathologists who want to grow their skills, ask real questions, and stop second-guessing their feeding therapy sessions.Â
âś… Live online group sessions every 4 weeks
âś… Small Groups (max 8)
âś…Â Led by Nicole Wu (Speech Pathologist/Feeding Therapist)Â
You weren't meant to do this alone.Â
Feeding therapy is complex - and often isolating. Â Whether you're new to feeding or just dipping your toe in, it's easy to feel unsure, overwhelmed, or like you are missing a piece.
That's why we created this supportive mentoring space. Â
To help you go from:
- "Im not sure what to do next..."Â
- to "I know what I'm doing and I'm not alone."
Â
6 months of support, community and confidence-building.Â
Each month, we meet live on Zoom in a small group (Max 8 SPs) for a 60-min session. Â You'll receive:
- A themed mini-lesson with practical strategies
- Real-time case discussions and Q&A
- Access to recordings of mini lessons if you can’t attend live
- Downloadable resources + tools to use in therapy
- A trusted space to ask any question (no judgment)
- Â A network of peers that can continue to support each other, well after our program is finished
